Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. She started her acting career by playing supporting roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). In the FX series Dirt in which she played Willa McPherson, reporter. She also appeared in as a support character on the short-lived series The Ex List. In the first season, she played the character of Moira O'Hara as a young Moira and in the second season she was Kaylee. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She has voiced various characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe the character of Netflix's show Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10, when her mother and her relocated to California [1and a half years ago] where they lived for a year before setting up in Mill Valley. Breckenridge became interested in acting, photography and singing when she was 13. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was just 15 years old to pursue her acting career.
